Best For Last

"Best for Last" es una canción del álbum debut de Adele 19. Fue escrito únicamente por Adele. La canción es el segundo tema del álbum, precedido de "Daydreamer" y seguida de "Chasing Pavements".

"Best for Last" fue una de las primeras canciones de 19 y sirvió como el B-Side de single debut "Hometown Glory", sin embargo cuando fue lanzado este B-Side fue cambiado  por un cover de Etta James "Fool That I Am" y que por cierto  no fue incluida en ninguna edición del álbum 19.

“Best For Last” describe una situación de despecho, en la que ella quiere a su pareja, a pesar de que no la traba bien y, a la vez, sabe que no debería ser así, pero a pesar de todo sigue con la relación. Es así como nos plantea dos puntos de vista: 

1. Uno donde ella esta enamorada y positiva de que algún día la relación llegue a cambiar.
2. y el otro donde quieres que su pareja piense que nunca fue importante para ella, si no que nadamas lo estaba utilizando.
